Your challenge
- Reviewing the effectiveness of the internal control system and its ongoing refinement
- Recording internal operational risk events, processing corresponding inquiries and maintaining the database
- Monitoring risk limits for market, liquidity and credit risks and preparing periodic risk reports for senior management
- Analyzing and assessing key controls and supporting line managers as part of Risk Control Self Assessments (RCSA)
- Supporting the ongoing development of an integrated risk management framework, including procedures and reporting, in close cooperation with the Group
Your profile
Professional experience in operational risks and a good understanding of banking processes and internal controls
Experience in market and/or credit risk, supplemented by comprehensive regulatory knowledge represent advantages
Quick understanding of complex issues and the ability to perform detailed analyses Excellent communication skills and very good proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
Reliable, solution-oriented, and independent way of working as well as assertiveness
Proficiency in Excel and/or Access/Power BI, with preferred experience in Avaloq
