As the Chief of Staff (f/m/d), you will work closely with the CEOs and other members of the executive team to streamline operations, facilitate effective communication, and drive key strategic initiatives across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Co llaborate closely with the CEOs to develop and execute strategic plans, priorities, and initiatives that align with the company's overall objectives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEOs, providing strategic insights, analysis, and recommendations on key business decisions
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution across teams
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the organization, including coordinating leadership meetings, p eparing agendas, and ensuring follow-up on action items
- Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEOs, conducting research, analysis, and presenting findings to support decision-making
- Serve as a liaison between the executive team and the senior management team, ensuring alignment on priorities, goals, and initiatives
- Define, monitor and analyze key performance metrics and KPIs, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Act as a champion for the company culture, values, and mission, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
- Represent the CEOs and the company in meetings, conferences, and other external engagements as needed
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Natural Sciences, or an Engineering discipline (MBA is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in a strategic or leadership role, preferably in a fast-growing technology company or startup environment
- Previous experience in a Chief of Staff position preferred
- Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, managing complex projects, and delivering results in a dynamic, high-
pressure environment - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the
- organization
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
- Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation, technology, and driving positive change
